Marcus opened Ironhaus in 2016 after a decade coaching collegiate athletes. He still writes every strength cycle and believes the barbell is the most honest tool in the building.

Director of Coaching
Danielle leads our coaching team and the small-group floor. A former competitive lifter, she is relentless about technique and even more relentless about making the gym feel like home.

Conditioning & HIIT Coach
Andre runs the conditioning floor. Expect sleds, ropes and rowers, paced to your heart rate, and a coach who will not let you quit on the last round.

Tyler builds one-to-one programs and leads our mobility work. He specializes in getting people back under the bar after injury, stronger and moving better than before.
